What is the LiveArchive Data Suite?
LiveArchive is our latest healthcare interoperability solution. It’s centered around an EHR-agnostic healthcare data warehouse and connected to easy-to-use interactive dashboards. Using single sign-on, you can search, filter, organize and interact with all of your archived clinical and financial information. Pull up patient history from an old EHR or even invoice from legacy financials that are not in your current EHR; this new archive system will immediately improve your practice workflow. It’s like having a mini EHR attached to your archive data, without the hassle or expense.
As you may already know, state and federal laws dictate that you must retain and archive patient data for a set number of years, depending on jurisdiction and patient age. Making archived data accessible to providers in one centralized location improves your organization’s efficiency. Providers are empowered to make informed decisions based on access to historical patient data. Archiving data within the LiveArchive Data Suite is the most cost-effective solution for retaining and using patient records in a discrete, accessible, and searchable application.
Available as a stand-alone application or linked to your EHR system, LiveArchive Clinical offers an unprecedented view of all archived patient data including EHR records, PDF files, notes, scans, images, discrete data or any other digital patient information. Once the information is in the LiveArchive data warehouse, the user can access and interact with any patient data through a customizable dashboard.
The financial aspect of LiveArchive aggregates all of your practices financial information into a central data warehouse archive. This data is then made available through the LiveArchive financial dashboard, allowing users to access, search, sort and use the financial data that didn’t get converted into your new PM or financial system. For instance, if you have just converted to a new financial system and unbilled activity still resides in your archival system, you can access the archive and bill directly from those legacy files.
Release of Patient Records
Using EHR Static, you have a stand-alone utility for the release of patient records that allows you to search, review, select and output patient charts for legal, audit or other records release needs.
